By purchasing this package you’ll receive everything in the Administration Kit, plus three email consultations with an HCA Consultant over a period of one year from date of purchase. We will walk you step by step through the documents that you will receive in the kit showing you why, when and how to use the forms to ultimately protect your project. We will be here through your construction for you to turn to. Also available is to have HCA actively handle the Administration of your Construction. Cost for this is determined on a case by case basis. Email consultations are limited to five questions per email.

VIDEO TAPE REVIEW BY CLIENT $75.00 per Review and Report
This service consists of a VHS or VHS-C video tape taken by the client and sent to our HCA Office, where same will be reviewed for contract conformity and draw disbursement percentage of completion. We offer this service to make it a more affordable way for our clients to have a construction consultant with them throughout their construction. Where at times some clients can’t afford to have an inspector visit their site, this process will allow for their site to be reviewed in a timely and cost effective way.
PHONE CONSULTATION WITH MR. GOFFREDO (by appointment only) $100.00 per hour, 1 hour minimum, all toll costs paid by client
We have had many requests from our clients to speak with Mr. Goffredo personally. For that reason alone, this offer has been extended.
